Returns & Refunds

The Short Version

You have 30 days from delivery to return a pair. Shoes must be unworn and in their original packaging. Email us and we will walk you through it.

How to Start a Return

1. Email questions@torreycastle.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and whether you would like a refund or a size exchange.
3. We will reply with return instructions and the address to ship to.
4. Send the shoes back unworn, in their original packaging.

Please wait for our reply before shipping anything back, so we can match your return to your order.

Condition

To be eligible for a refund, returned shoes must be:

• Unworn. Trying them on indoors is fine. Outdoor wear is not.
• In original packaging, with the shoe box intact and undamaged.
• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we confirm its condition, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. We refund the price of the shoes; the original shipping charge is refundable only if the return is the result of our error.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, except where the shoes arrived damaged, defective, or were not what you ordered. In those cases we cover shipping both ways. We recommend a trackable service, since we cannot issue a refund for a return that does not reach us.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are welcome within the same 30-day window and are subject to availability. We produced a limited run in a limited size range, so if your size is out of stock we will let you know and refund you instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will make it right at no cost to you, and the condition requirements above do not apply.

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships. Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days, so reach us as soon as you can. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return policy above.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only, and returns must be sent from a U.S. address.
