Agreement

By accessing or using the Torrey Castle website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site.

Pre-Orders

All current orders are pre-orders. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Your payment will be processed at the time of order
  • Estimated shipping is Early Summer 2026, though dates are subject to change
  • We will notify you by email of any significant changes to your order timeline

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, though any changes will not affect orders already placed. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Shipping

We ship from New Hampshire to addresses within the United States. A flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies to all orders. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

  • Pre-order cancellations: You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before your order ships by contacting us
  • Returns: Items must be unused with tags attached and returned within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Exchanges: Contact us for size exchanges, subject to availability

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Torrey Castle and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Torrey Castle provides this site and its products "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
